No person is under the load or the lift path at any time.
Exclusion zone is physically established and maintained.
Rigging is inspected, rated and attached by a competent slinger.
Communication between operator and slinger is tested before the lift.
Wind speed is inside the limit for the load and crane.
Stop if any control is missing or the load behaves unexpectedly.

State the load mass and lift height, the lift plan reference, the exclusion under the load path and who verifies controls before the lift starts.
