Current, voltage, energisation, arc flash or stored electrical energy.

Direct controls to verify

Ticks stay on this screen only. Nothing is saved or sent.

Distribution boards are closed, locked and labelled.
Circuits are protected by RCDs tested and in date.
Leads are routed off the ground and away from water and traffic.
Damaged equipment is removed from service immediately.
Only authorised persons open boards or alter the system.
Stop if a board is found open or a lead is damaged.

For your SPA or pre-start

State the isolation points, the protection ratings, who is authorised to work on the system and how damaged leads and boards are reported and removed.
