Trigger questions

Has water, drainage or ductwork stood stagnant or unused before this work starts?
Is mould, vermin or pest contamination visible in the space?
Could the work disturb contaminated material into the air or onto skin?
Is disinfection required before the system or space is opened up?
Are cuts, grazes or broken skin covered before working in an affected area?

Controls to verify
