Trigger questions

Is any part of the system under pressure now, or could it be pressurised during the work?
Has the system been depressurised and verified at a gauge or vent, not assumed?
Could trapped pressure remain between valves or in dead legs?
Is a pressure test planned or under way anywhere on the connected system?
Are hoses, fittings and gauges rated for the pressure present?
